Serve as principal internal legal counsel, identifying and mitigating legal risks, advising leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts, developing policies, researching laws, supporting settlements, and coordinating with internal departments, clients, partners, and external law firms. The role also oversees sensitive legal matters and provides guidance on technology and FinTech-related regulations.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications, implement and amend features, develop POCs, ensure UI consistency, write automated tests, integrate LLM APIs, work cross-functionally, standardize development processes, track tasks in JIRA, and participate in daily standups.
