Lead and manage a cross-functional Agile product team, ensuring delivery, coaching developers, staffing and hiring, collaborating with Product Management on roadmap and resourcing, participating in engineering work (code reviews, on-call), tracking Kanban metrics, and driving team growth and performance.

Post-go-live customer success lead owning a portfolio of Smart Factory accounts. Drive adoption, on-site change management, renewals, expansion, multi-site deployments, business reviews, and cross-functional issue resolution to protect and grow recurring revenue and ROI.
