Support the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration. Conduct user research, analyze data, identify product opportunities, write product documentation, propose features, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver marketplace products.

As a Telesales Representative, you will engage leads, convert them into sales, provide customer support via phone and WhatsApp, and coordinate with dealers. You must possess strong communication, automotive knowledge, and sales skills.

Design, build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile) using Java, Selenium, Cucumber and Appium. Develop BDD test cases, execute regression suites, support CI/CD pipelines, participate in test planning, shift testing left, analyze failures and verify fixes.

Manage and retain existing automotive finance and insurance customers by serving as primary contact, resolving enquiries, processing policy documentation, coordinating endorsements and renewals, and recommending relevant products. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate records, timely billing and policy issuance, and continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
