Manage operational HR activities including payroll coordination, personnel administration, employment documentation, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, leave management, labor compliance, HR reporting, and workforce data. Leads MET Czech Republic’s finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, liquidity, tax, audits, statutory compliance, invoicing, credit processes, and banking coordination. Partners with the CEO, Group Finance, Treasury, Tax, commercial teams, and external advisors. Provides management insights, supports business cases and energy-market operations, guides local finance resources, and improves finance processes. Requires Czech and English fluency, strong controlling and accounting expertise, Czech tax knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Design, build and maintain scalable ELT/ETL data pipelines and the Data & Analytics platform. Integrate and transform internal and external sources, define logical and physical data models, ensure high data quality, monitor and resolve pipeline incidents, document processes, and advise on architecture and best practices including lakehouse and big data capabilities.

Manage end-to-end collections, monitor customer accounts and aging reports, recover overdue receivables, resolve billing disputes, negotiate payment plans, support credit decisions, ensure KYC and credit-policy compliance, prepare portfolio reports, and manage relationships with insurers, credit agencies, and collection firms. The role also supports credit-policy updates, CRM improvements, and process optimization.

Leads MET Group’s analytics function by governing the analytics operating model, architecture, data integration, reporting, dashboards, and analytics applications. Oversees Azure Databricks, Power BI, Confluent, and internally developed platforms; enables data discovery and self-service analytics; establishes visualization and reporting governance; and supports data-driven decision-making across trading, finance, risk, and operations. The role also requires leadership, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and alignment of analytics capabilities with business objectives.
