Lead and grow a new engineering team to build a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Own platform lifecycle from scoping and architecture to delivery and continuous improvement, collaborate with international stakeholders, set technical standards, manage vendors, and improve delivery processes as the team scales.

Deliver and maintain Power BI dashboards, perform end-to-end analyses, detect trends/anomalies, optimize data and dashboards, support business cases, conduct ad-hoc analyses requiring advanced queries, and coordinate between Data and Business teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Partner with product and business teams to design, develop and deploy ML and GenAI personalization solutions. Build end-to-end data products: data analysis, model development, integration, monitoring, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Design, implement and govern HR data pipelines and processes to ensure group-wide People & Culture data consistency. Support system migration and data alignment, analyze large datasets for inconsistencies, document mappings and playbooks, and communicate findings to non-technical HR stakeholders. Work closely with Group HR Controller, country HR Heads, project teams and technical teams to enable accurate HR reporting and compliance with GDPR.

Lead a team maintaining and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 across markets: manage configuration, data quality, incident/change processes, SLAs, hypercare, vendor relations, dashboards, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration during multi-country rollouts.
