The Country Director leads IIX's operations in Indonesia, driving strategic business growth, partnership development, and overseeing the Impact Investment Readiness for Indonesia program. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, building a team, and representing IIX in high-level engagements.

Provide project-based strategic support to the CEO's Office: develop briefing notes, presentations, and research; translate strategy into workstreams and action plans; coordinate cross-functional execution; scope new initiatives and prepare proposals; and manage stakeholder engagements and follow-ups to advance organization-wide priorities.

Lead Indonesia program execution, research, ESG and sustainability initiatives, stakeholder partnerships, fundraising support, enterprise investment readiness, and business development. Coordinate training, landscape studies, impact measurement, donor reporting, budgeting, events, and operational activities while building relationships with investors, government agencies, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners. The role requires strategic execution, regulatory and ESG expertise, strong communication, and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

Leads high-priority strategic initiatives from the CEO’s Office, translating organizational priorities into structured workstreams, action plans, proposals, and decision materials. Coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors progress, supports research and thought leadership, and prepares executive communications. Develops new concepts, markets, funding mechanisms, and institutional partnerships across sustainable and inclusive finance. Builds proposals and pitch decks, manages partnership pipelines, and engages impact investors, development finance institutions, donors, and multilateral organizations.

Lead and scale the Orange Movement globally by building partnerships, mobilizing multi-year funding, maturing governance, running training and standards, and leading advocacy and convenings to achieve institutional sustainability.

Own program management, multi-year fundraising, co-funder cultivation, coalition governance, training/certification, market building, advocacy, and flagship convenings. Build partnerships with DFIs, foundations, governments, and investors, implement measurement and standards, and drive stakeholder engagement and institutional maturity.
