Manage day-to-day lettings for Bracknell: valuations, viewings, tenancy progression, property marketing, landlord/tenant relations, and support/self-employed agents. Supervise two local Property Managers, ensure compliant tenancies, and collaborate with the Head of Lettings to maintain and grow the local portfolio.
