Develop and validate guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for unmanned aircraft systems. As a Graphic Designer at Helsing, you will create visual materials for various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and high aesthetic quality while managing multiple projects.

Lead Helsing’s global FP&A function from the ground up, owning budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, reporting, scenario analysis, and capital allocation. Model advanced manufacturing scale-up, supply-chain dynamics, capital expenditure, and complex defense contracts. Partner with the CEO, CFO, executive team, and Board on financing, growth, and corporate-event planning. Implement global FP&A systems integrated with manufacturing ERP and BI tools, while advancing AI-driven forecasting and reporting.

Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for U.S. Army loitering munition systems, including requirements, architecture, verification, validation, hardware-software integration, certification, and technical risk management. Lead the Systems Engineering IPT, mentor engineers, manage technical baselines, oversee design reviews and test readiness, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with government stakeholders, engineering teams, test organizations, and field personnel.

Coordinates high-volume interview scheduling across time zones using applicant tracking and automated scheduling systems. Maintains accurate candidate and interview data, communicates with candidates and interviewers, manages scheduling logistics, and helps identify process bottlenecks. Supports reporting on scheduling speed, pipeline velocity, and completion rates while contributing to improvements in hiring operations and candidate experience.

Lead Class A surface design for Helsing’s robotics and drone portfolio from concept through production. Own digital surfacing, validation, manufacturability, and design intent across industrial design, engineering, tooling, and supplier teams. Conduct mockup, tactile, and real-world evaluations while balancing quality, cost, timelines, and production requirements. Provide technical expertise, resolve cross-functional challenges, and manage design workstreams across multiple concurrent projects.

Develop and execute commercial strategies for UK defence campaigns, lead negotiations with partners and suppliers, manage MoD tender processes, ensure procurement and governance compliance, and advise cross-functional teams. The role also monitors the UK defence market for opportunities and risks, requiring substantial experience with UK defence procurement, complex stakeholder negotiations, and government-industry engagement. Maritime or naval defence experience is preferred.

Build and execute Helsing’s technology procurement strategy across software, SaaS, cloud, IT hardware, engineering tools, security tools, and connectivity. Establish spend transparency, manage renewals, lead high-value negotiations, analyze complex pricing and total cost of ownership, and partner with IT, Engineering, and Legal on contracts. Create procurement processes in a greenfield environment while maintaining speed for technical teams.

PhD-level research intern to investigate and prototype 3D computer vision methods (SLAM, VIO, localisation, reconstruction). Survey SOTA, design and benchmark algorithms under real-world conditions, convert ideas into prototypes, and report results to a distributed European team focused on deployable defence-grade spatial perception.
