Manage retention, renewals and expansion for Halter customers in North Waikato. Onboard and train farmers, build trusted relationships, drive farmer success and ROI, troubleshoot operational and technical issues, represent the brand in the community, and provide customer feedback to product teams.

Drive new business and customer success across North Dakota by prospecting, conducting in-field sales and onboarding, managing accounts, expanding relationships, attending industry events, and feeding field insights to cross-functional teams. Frequent travel and territory ownership required.

Lead and coach Territory Managers across the Southeast, drive regional revenue and pipeline accuracy, maintain Salesforce hygiene and forecasting, localize national strategy, recruit and develop talent, and spend the majority of time in-field (~60% travel) supporting customer engagements and scaling sales operations.

Lead architecture and implement core features for the Halter mobile app, focusing on deep native iOS integration within a React Native codebase. Drive performance, developer experience, resilient offline flows, error handling, design system evolution, and mentor mobile engineers to ship high-impact, production-grade releases.
