Build Halter’s customer presence in Argentina’s Sudoeste region by sourcing leads, conducting farm meetings and demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also helps establish quotas, commissions, sales processes, and the local team; mentors future sales staff; collaborates with Customer Success on handoffs and renewals; develops industry relationships; and provides customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Own Halter’s PLM and document-control systems, ensuring product, process, supplier, validation, BOM, and change records are accurate, traceable, current, and accessible. Administer Arena PLM, manage integrations and controlled document publication, maintain forward BOM planning and operational registers, coordinate release-boundary standards, and provide status reporting to Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, suppliers, and manufacturers. The role also supports supplier onboarding, training, audit readiness, and occasional travel to production sites.

Lead Halter’s design system across mobile and web, establishing principles, patterns, tokens, component libraries, and accessibility standards. Partner with engineers on technical architecture and the Figma-to-code connection, prioritize system improvements, and translate field conditions into clear, usable standards. Promote reusable patterns, decide when to use one-off solutions, mentor designers, raise craft quality, and build alignment across product, engineering, and design leadership.

Lead Halter’s design foundations across mobile and web, including design-system architecture, standards, tokens, components, documentation, and Figma-to-code workflows. Partner with engineers, prioritize system improvements, translate field conditions into accessible interaction standards, and promote reusable patterns. Mentor designers, provide critique, raise craft quality, and align product, engineering, and design leadership around an opinionated system direction.

Lead the design vision for a major farmer-facing product area. Own the end-to-end process from discovery and product definition through interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and launch. Partner with Product and Engineering to solve complex problems, conduct field research with farmers and graziers, create intuitive and trustworthy experiences, and improve design quality through craft, critique, systems thinking, and leadership.

Lead the design vision for a major area of Halter’s farmer-facing product experience. Own the full design process from discovery and product definition through interaction and visual design, prototyping, and launch. Partner with Product and Engineering, conduct field research with farmers, simplify complex systems, apply AI fluency, and advocate for high-quality, trustworthy experiences across multiple product surfaces.

Lead and scale Halter's US customer experience team: hire, coach, and run operations; handle complex escalations; use data, automation, and AI to improve CSAT, response times and cost-to-serve; partner with product, engineering and field teams; spend time on ranches to represent US customers.

Lead application security across Halter's mobile, backend, and firmware stacks. Define security practices, threat models, vulnerability management, tooling, incident response playbooks, and run/coordinate penetration testing and third-party assessments. Mentor engineers, perform secure design reviews, write remediation code and automation, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system reliability at scale.

Collect ground-truth field data for ML models by measuring pasture biomass, capturing imagery and sensor readings, annotating and performing first-line QA in variable farm conditions, coordinating with farmers and ML teams, and maintaining accurate metadata and records to ensure dataset quality and traceability.
