Own customer retention, renewals, and expansion across Halter’s Hauraki Plains accounts. Support farm onboarding, training, implementation, and troubleshooting while building trusted relationships with farmers and their teams. Drive end-to-end regional sales for Halter’s virtual fencing technology in Oeste Arenoso, Argentina. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting farm demonstrations, managing pipelines, negotiating contracts, closing deals, building local sales processes, establishing quotas and commissions, mentoring future sales staff, coordinating customer handoffs, developing industry relationships, and providing customer feedback to improve the product roadmap.

Build Halter’s customer presence in Argentina’s Sudoeste region by sourcing leads, conducting farm meetings and demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also helps establish quotas, commissions, sales processes, and the local team; mentors future sales staff; collaborates with Customer Success on handoffs and renewals; develops industry relationships; and provides customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Drive end-to-end sales growth for Halter in Argentina's Eastern region by sourcing leads, meeting farmers, conducting on-farm demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing customers. Build the local sales function by helping establish quotas and commissions, mentoring future sales staff, developing industry relationships, supporting customer handoffs, and providing product feedback. The role requires field-based selling, strong value-based sales skills, Spanish fluency, professional English, and comfort building a new market.

Own Halter’s PLM and document-control systems, ensuring product, process, supplier, validation, BOM, and change records are accurate, traceable, current, and accessible. Administer Arena PLM, manage integrations and controlled document publication, maintain forward BOM planning and operational registers, coordinate release-boundary standards, and provide status reporting to Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, suppliers, and manufacturers. The role also supports supplier onboarding, training, audit readiness, and occasional travel to production sites.

Lead Halter’s design system across mobile and web, establishing principles, patterns, tokens, component libraries, and accessibility standards. Partner with engineers on technical architecture and the Figma-to-code connection, prioritize system improvements, and translate field conditions into clear, usable standards. Promote reusable patterns, decide when to use one-off solutions, mentor designers, raise craft quality, and build alignment across product, engineering, and design leadership.

Lead Halter’s design foundations across mobile and web, including design-system architecture, standards, tokens, components, documentation, and Figma-to-code workflows. Partner with engineers, prioritize system improvements, translate field conditions into accessible interaction standards, and promote reusable patterns. Mentor designers, provide critique, raise craft quality, and align product, engineering, and design leadership around an opinionated system direction.

Lead the design vision for a major farmer-facing product area. Own the end-to-end process from discovery and product definition through interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and launch. Partner with Product and Engineering to solve complex problems, conduct field research with farmers and graziers, create intuitive and trustworthy experiences, and improve design quality through craft, critique, systems thinking, and leadership.
