The Account Manager will focus on customer retention and expansion, support farmers in using Halter systems, build relationships, and ensure customer success through effective communication and problem-solving.

Manage and grow Halter’s existing customer revenue across Northern Victoria by driving renewals, retention, and expansion. Support farm deployments, onboarding, training, and system adoption while helping farmers achieve operational goals. Build trusted relationships with farmers and communities, resolve technical and operational challenges, represent the brand locally, and advocate for customer needs with product teams. Extensive travel throughout the state is required.

Own South America launch and onboarding: build regional playbook, hire and lead the Launch team, run field deployments, track activation/adoption/ARR, optimize launch efficiency, and feed regional insights to Product and global teams. Regular travel and hands-on field work required.

Lead and grow a wireless network engineering team responsible for connectivity across LoRa, cellular and satellite at scale. Own network architecture, RF planning, tower deployment, fleet automation, reliability and incident response. Stay technical—review code, spectrum strategy, and automation—while coordinating with firmware, backend, hardware and field teams. Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and get hands-on in farm and remote deployments.

Lead and build Halter's fleet operations across South America: recruit and develop a field team, run maintenance and deployment systems for collars and towers, diagnose and repair hardware, support on-call incidents, collect field data and feedback for product engineering, and travel regularly to farms to ensure successful deployments.

Build and lead Halter's LATAM support team: hire, onboard, coach, and operate daily support. Own regional KPIs, reporting, and proactive support initiatives. Spend time on ranches and with field teams, escalate complex issues, feed regional insights into Product and AI, and continuously improve operations and customer experience.

The Cloud Security Operations Engineer secures AWS infrastructure, manages security operations, and improves incident response capabilities, ensuring effective security controls and tooling deployment.

Build and maintain on‑farm hardware infrastructure (collars and towers), diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, deploy systems with producers, collect and analyze hardware data, feed field insights to product and engineering teams, manage maintenance systems, participate in on‑call support, and travel frequently across South America to support customers.

Design and deliver robust embedded C/C++ firmware for resource-constrained devices on FreeRTOS. Implement and maintain wireless communication stacks (LoRa mesh, cellular, BLE) and protocols (CoAP, OSCORE, protobuf). Develop and tune low-level algorithms for signal processing, timing/synchronisation, filtering and estimation. Lead end-to-end firmware lifecycle, debug field-only issues, collaborate with hardware engineers, improve platform reliability, and mentor teammates.

Lead on-the-ground deployments and onboarding of Halter across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. Train cattle and operators, manage rollouts from sales handoff to customer success, solve field issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and feed regional product insights back to Product. Travel frequently and tailor deployments to diverse ranch operations to ensure long-term customer success.
