As a Machine Learning Researcher, you'll lead research in applying ML to trading problems, develop deep learning models, and collaborate with quant researchers.

Design and implement a high-frequency automated trading system, optimize performance, and support modules, while aiding in team growth.

Maintain accurate general ledger; execute month-end and year-end close; prepare accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and bank wires; produce financial statements and management reports; monitor cash flow; support audits, tax filings and regulatory compliance; maintain controls and documentation; identify accounting automation opportunities; liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and external providers.

Manage daily trade bookings, reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, and reporting across the trade lifecycle. Liaise with counterparties, custodians and prime brokers to resolve issues and onboard business. Drive process improvements and implement automation and data-management solutions to increase operational efficiency and scalability in a trading environment.

Design, deploy, and troubleshoot low-latency network connectivity for trading, support data center and office networks, perform moves/changes and market connectivity tests, coordinate with third parties and remote hands for global datacenter support.
