Requires 3 years of key account management experience in the PSP or fintech industry, strong understanding of payment processing and risk management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.

The AML & Compliance Specialist will ensure adherence to AML, CTF, and KYC laws, oversee compliance with EU regulations, prepare risk management reports, monitor systems for suspicious activities, and serve as a contact for regulatory bodies. They will conduct risk assessments and update processes as regulations evolve.
