Develops profitable relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients, drives sales, cross-selling, renewals, and revenue growth, and manages the account pipeline in a CRM. The role serves as the primary client contact, leads RFP responses, negotiates contracts, assesses competition, positions AV solutions, and coordinates internal teams, partners, and vendors. It also includes mentoring junior team members and participating in technology training.
