Own and grow Creative Fabrica’s YouTube channel by developing strategy, concepts, scripts, titles, thumbnails, and videos. Present on camera, direct creative collaborators, publish consistently, repurpose content for Shorts, and use analytics to optimize click-through rate, retention, watch time, and audience growth. The role requires high experimentation velocity, strong storytelling, platform expertise, and curiosity about AI tools.

Own end-to-end marketing launches for AI products, tools, features, and improvements. Partner with Product to understand the roadmap, tier launches, define positioning and messaging, write launch briefs, coordinate creative production and marketing channels, manage timelines, measure performance, and build scalable launch playbooks.

Own Creative Fabrica’s earned-media strategy for its AI products. Build relationships with journalists, editors, newsletter writers, podcasters, creators, and industry voices; proactively pitch compelling stories; shape product-launch narratives; identify news-cycle opportunities; prepare executives for media engagement; and develop creative campaigns, research, and stunts. Track coverage, reach, backlinks, and mentions to build a repeatable PR engine.

Create high-volume visual assets for product launches, social media, educational content, campaigns, partnerships, landing pages, and brand communications. Develop creative concepts, use generative AI in design workflows, maintain consistency across static, motion, and video formats, and build scalable templates and design systems. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, iterate based on performance data, and help evolve the company’s visual identity.

Own the full lifecycle email strategy from signup through activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, and win-back. Build behavioral, automated journeys; develop segmentation, triggers, and conversion-focused copy; run structured experiments; monitor deliverability; and analyze campaign and user data to improve incremental business impact. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Product, and Creative teams while independently managing campaigns from analysis through evaluation.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for Creative Fabrica’s API and AI platform, from prospecting and qualification through technical evaluation, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline, convert inbound and founder-sourced opportunities, coordinate proof-of-concepts, support procurement and security reviews, and establish the company’s initial sales processes, CRM structure, forecasting routines, pricing, positioning, and playbook.

Design and scale Go-based microservices that orchestrate high-concurrency, multimodal AI generation workflows. Optimize ConnectRPC services and Kafka/SQS asynchronous pipelines for long-running inference tasks, manage AWS infrastructure and high-throughput storage and compute, and collaborate with AI researchers to deliver reliable creative tools. The role emphasizes distributed systems, performance, observability, testing, and professional-grade media or creative applications.
