Recruit new Microsoft Dynamics partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Build a prospective partner pipeline, engage decision-makers, understand business challenges, connect partners with Companial solutions, guide onboarding, and develop long-term ecosystem relationships. Collaborate with Partner Success, sales, marketing, and Microsoft on regional growth initiatives, while representing the company at relevant industry and partner events.

Owns Companial’s commercial growth in Switzerland by recruiting Microsoft Dynamics partners, developing strategic relationships, expanding existing accounts, and building new business revenue. The role manages the full partner acquisition lifecycle, develops the Swiss commercial strategy, represents Companial with Microsoft and industry stakeholders, and may build a small Partner Success team. It is remote but requires residence in Switzerland, Germany, or Austria and regular travel to Switzerland.

Recruit and onboard Microsoft partners across DACH, build and manage new-business pipeline, develop go-to-market partner acquisition strategies, align with Microsoft and internal teams, and support partner onboarding and growth.

Drive partner growth in Italy within the Microsoft ecosystem by building long-term partner relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, guiding cloud migrations via the Sure Step program, positioning Microsoft Business Applications and Companial services, leading workshops and presentations, coordinating service execution, and contributing to market growth while working remotely with the Mediterranean team.
