Build and operate a self-service developer platform supporting cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, observability, reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity. Partner with product engineering teams to simplify infrastructure, automate workflows, improve platform operations, and promote cloud-native best practices.

The role focuses on developer experience, reliability, scalability, security, disaster recovery, cost efficiency, and automation. You will partner with product teams to simplify infrastructure, improve platform operations, and promote cloud-native engineering practices.

Build, deploy, operate, and improve scalable backend microservices and customer-facing product features. Own services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring quality, resilience, availability, low latency, and maintainability. Collaborate with product, design, frontend, backend, and mobile teams in an autonomous Agile environment. Contribute to engineering best practices, process improvements, bug fixes, refactoring, experimentation, and technical knowledge sharing.

Support employee lifecycle processes for 700+ international employees, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR system accuracy, documentation, employee queries, benefits and leave administration. Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws and collective agreements, improve processes, reduce administrative work through automation, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers.

Owns end-to-end marketing campaigns and activations, from ideation and planning through launch, measurement, optimization, and scaling. Partners with CRM, Creative, Merchandising, PR, Paid Media, and other teams to deliver integrated customer journeys. Identifies market and cultural opportunities, uses customer and performance insights to guide decisions, coordinates cross-functional delivery, resolves blockers, and improves campaign planning and reporting processes.

Support CRM marketing campaign planning and execution across email, app notifications, in-app pop-ups, banners, and notification centers. Implement newsletters and campaign automations, manage the CRM support channel, and assist with A/B testing and post-campaign analysis. The intern will contribute creative ideas, work with campaign data, and help operationally manage marketing initiatives while using AI tools and Google Workspace.
