The Principal Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable data systems, mentoring engineers, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Build and own full-stack features from responsive React/Next frontends to Python microservices. Contribute to system design, APIs (REST/GraphQL), CI/CD, testing, and production reliability while collaborating with PMs, designers, and AI agents.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, production-grade data systems and backend services. Build and maintain data pipelines, implement data models, ensure schema evolution and data integrity, write testable maintainable code, contribute to CI/CD and observability, debug production issues, and participate in architecture and system design.
