Design and implement Avaloq-based solutions for securities operations, payments, treasury, credits, and fees. Analyze business requirements, design solutions, configure the Avaloq Core Platform, implement functionality, and improve reliability through automated testing. Collaborate with clients, architects, product experts, and delivery teams in an agile environment while owning assigned modules and supporting global banking projects.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Bridge business stakeholders, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable mobile banking features. Contribute to Kotlin Multiplatform development and code reviews, facilitate client workshops, support API and backend integrations, and participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing and release management.

Designs and oversees end-to-end banking solutions on the Avaloq platform, translating business requirements into technical architectures and specifications. Leads implementation projects, configures Avaloq modules, guides development teams, manages stakeholders, conducts solution reviews, documents architecture, and supports presales. The role requires expertise in banking systems, integrations, APIs, data management, regulatory requirements, and complex solution delivery.

Customize Avaloq solutions by analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing high-quality customizations, supporting data migration and release management using SQL/PL/SQL, generating test data, resolving data inconsistencies, upgrading migration modules, and providing consulting to internal and external users.

Develop and implement features for the Avaloq Core Banking Platform, perform maintenance, root cause analysis, bug fixes, and code optimization. Provide technical support to customers and business analysts while collaborating with technology vendors, infrastructure providers, and software development teams. The role requires strong PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle expertise, analytical problem-solving, teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to complete Avaloq certification training.

Designs and leads global talent, leadership, and management development programs. Builds capability frameworks, learning pathways, and development experiences; supports talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development. Partners with HR, leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers to deliver and govern learning initiatives. Evaluates program effectiveness using data, reporting, dashboards, and employee insights while promoting continuous learning and digital learning adoption.

Manage Avaloq’s sustainability programme: run charity partnerships and employee volunteering, lead internal sustainability communications and engagement, collect/validate ESG data, maintain records for reporting and assurance, prepare sustainability reports and disclosures, and monitor regulatory and standards developments to support implementation.

Develop and maintain securities-related software using PL/SQL and Avaloq Script. Collaborate with product owners, analysts and engineers to design solutions, participate in client workshops, implement and optimize functionality, write automated tests, and follow agile processes using Jira.

Design, implement, maintain and test backend payment services within the Avaloq Banking Suite. Own payment modules end-to-end, run process analysis, translate requirements into designs and user stories, integrate third-party systems, improve reliability/observability, participate in code reviews, and support incident response and lifecycle management.

Drive new business in German and Austrian wealth management markets by identifying prospects, building pipeline, presenting solutions, coordinating internal resources, managing complex sales cycles, closing contracts, and feeding market insights to product and pre-sales teams.
