Lead development of automation and tooling to streamline engineering workflows, build and maintain pipelines and integrations between tools, implement SDLC governance and audit-ready traceability, collaborate with platform/security/release teams, and coach other engineers to improve development practices.

Design, develop, document and optimize end-to-end solutions for Avaloq digital platforms focused on core banking systems. Collaborate with product owners, analysts and developers in Agile delivery, customize and integrate functionality, and troubleshoot/refactor complex code to meet customer requirements.

Design and maintain ACP-based data extraction pipelines and automated processes to generate client-facing documents (advice and layout statements). Collaborate with stakeholders to define output requirements, ensure formatting, compliance, localization, and optimize performance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting workflows and best practices.
