Author and revise aeronautical maintenance manual content for the C295 program. Analyze source data, create or update maintenance tasks, and ensure accurate technical documentation for aircraft maintenance procedures.

Represent the technical partner on-site at the MRO as single point of contact. Lead daily maintenance meetings and audits, manage partner personnel, oversee equipment defects and entry-into-service support, liaise with airline/MRO, monitor service performance, and hold full responsibility for service delivery.

Provide on-site product support at a maintenance facility, assisting the Product Support Manager with commercial, technical, and project tasks; supervise partner personnel; liaise with airline and MRO; run daily audits and maintenance meetings; monitor equipment defects, service levels, and Entry Into Service activities; and temporarily assume manager duties when required.
