Develops and maintains nuclear safety cases, design substantiation, technical justifications, EIMT documentation, and safety assurance strategies for highly regulated defence and nuclear programmes. Responsibilities include managing design changes, presenting submissions to safety committees, supporting periodic safety reviews, assessing contractor documentation, leading safety reviews, and advising stakeholders on hazard identification, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and safe engineering modifications.

Plans and manages project schedules across the Defence Infrastructure portfolio, coordinates work packages, resources, subcontractors, and progress tracking, and reviews subcontractor programmes. Reports project metrics, critical path risks, changes, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership. Supports manhour estimates and proposals while maintaining schedule accuracy and delivery against deadlines.

Lead the Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation engineering function for SMR nuclear power projects. Develop technical programmes, plan and integrate work, manage scope, resources, budgets, risks, and contract staff, and support on-time delivery. The role requires EC&I design and management expertise, knowledge of regulated and safety-critical industries, control systems, configuration management, lifecycle stages, and team leadership.

The Engineering Manager provides technical assurance, oversees engineering design and implementation, manages requirements and compliance, and supports project delivery in a regulated nuclear and defence environment. Responsibilities include mentoring engineering teams, conducting competency assessments, managing consultants and contractors, reviewing documentation, chairing design reviews, coordinating with BIM/CAD teams, supporting planning and optioneering, and ensuring safety, quality, security, and regulatory standards are met.

Supports the Project Manager in delivering capital infrastructure projects, including contract administration, budget and cost forecasting, project assurance, schedule tracking, change impact assessment, supplier performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires NEC awareness, strong project controls, and collaboration across project teams and supply-chain partners. It is hybrid in Glasgow with occasional visits to Helensburgh and requires security clearance eligibility based on holding a sole British passport.

Leads planning and management of project schedules across complex infrastructure programmes. Coordinates work packages, milestones, resources, subcontractor programmes, project reporting, critical path analysis, risks, and performance metrics. Supports bids through manhour estimating and planning input, while communicating progress and changes to stakeholders. Requires Primavera P6, Excel, and Microsoft Project experience; NEC4, nuclear, defence, and major infrastructure experience are desirable. UK security clearance eligibility is required.
