Responsibilities include identifying prospects, negotiating and launching partnerships, onboarding and enabling partners, driving client recommendations, generating qualified sales opportunities, managing partner performance, and developing scalable partnership processes. The role requires strong B2B commercial, relationship-management, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, along with fluency in French and English.

Runs and monitors insurance or healthcare service processes, including claims, invoicing, provider networks, fraud checks, and customer onboarding. Tracks operational volumes, efficiency, and SLAs; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; supervises service-provider partnerships; performs quality controls; and supports internal teams. The role also contributes to continuous process improvements, automation, auditing, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Own corporate governance operations across an international group, including entity management, board and shareholder documentation, filings, annual accounts, legal research, and transaction support. Build governance playbooks, templates, and processes for international expansion. Automate recurring legal workflows using no-code/low-code platforms and AI tools while maintaining human review and legal quality control. Collaborate with Finance, People, auditors, advisors, and local teams on governance and corporate projects.

Lead pre-sales strategy for complex enterprise and public-sector deals in Belgium. Responsibilities include mastering the platform, supporting sales teams, assessing prospect needs, contributing to RFPs, presenting solutions, managing stakeholders and objections, identifying product gaps, influencing the roadmap, and coordinating customer handovers and complex onboardings. The role also helps establish scalable pre-sales processes and best practices across Belgium and France.

Lead pre-sales strategy for complex enterprise and public-sector deals in Belgium. Master Alan’s SaaS platform, support sales with product expertise, assess prospect needs and fit, contribute to RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses, pitch offerings transparently, influence the product roadmap, and coordinate customer handoffs and complex onboardings. The role also involves stakeholder management, objection handling, prioritization, and developing scalable pre-sales practices across markets.

Build and grow relationships with accounting firms and networks, lead partnership negotiations and onboarding, activate partners, generate qualified sales opportunities, manage partner performance, and help scale the accountant partnership model through playbooks, tools, and processes.

Own B2C product marketing for Alan Play, building lifecycle engagement, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, win-back, experimentation, and incrementality measurement. Develop scalable campaign systems, member and HR-admin segmentation, localized messaging across countries, and updated B2B2C sales positioning. Execute campaigns hands-on, write compelling copy, coordinate with Product, Sales, KAM, CSM, and other product teams, and drive daily member engagement and retention.
