Lead Alan's insurance compliance on member protection, translating regulatory obligations (IDD, AML/CFT, KYC, complaints, reporting) into product, operations, and tooling. Manage audits, regulatory inspections, remediation, and reporting. Build training, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional projects to scale compliance across markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada). Run and improve day-to-day operational processes across pools (clinic/therapy, claims, fraud, setup). Handle onboarding, invoicing, bookings, investigations, data analysis, and cross-team coordination to ensure member satisfaction and efficiency.

Close inbound leads (1–5 employee businesses and independents) from qualification to signing using the Alan Smart & Soft sales method. Educate prospects, handle objections, deliver high-touch experiences, contribute to playbooks, provide product feedback, and collaborate on tooling and process improvements to boost conversions and the self-serve experience.

Lead Alan’s video-first editorial media: define editorial vision, produce and repurpose video-led content at scale, manage freelancers, coordinate distribution with social/growth/SEO teams, and build a replicable model for international expansion.

Join Alan's Operations team to run and improve day-to-day processes delivering insurance and health services. Operate within small pools handling scopes like clinic/therapy coordination, claims, fraud investigation, and employee onboarding.
