Educate prospects, address objections, deliver a high-quality selling experience, and apply Alan’s Smart & Soft methodology. The role also contributes to sales playbooks, tooling and process improvements, product feedback, self-service enhancements, and broader company initiatives.

Build and operate Alan’s multi-cloud platform infrastructure, data and application platforms, observability, reliability, security, and FinOps capabilities. Develop automation and internal tooling using infrastructure as code and programming languages, maintain uptime and latency SLOs, participate in on-call and incident response, and enable product teams to ship safely and efficiently. The role also focuses on cloud expansion, scalable architecture, cost optimization, and AI-assisted infrastructure operations.

Design and price health insurance offers, monitor business performance and risks, support portfolio growth, develop pricing strategies, strengthen regulatory compliance, and collaborate with sales, account management, engineers, and product teams. The role also provides insurance expertise, supports tailored offer creation, manages complex analytical questions, and contributes to insurance strategy across Belgium and Alan’s global organization.

Build full-stack infrastructure, developer tools, frameworks, and user-facing interfaces that improve engineering productivity and operational excellence. Work across Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL in a monorepo, contributing to design systems, accessibility, security, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and AI-assisted development. Partner closely with product teams, own solutions end to end, and help create a scalable, secure engineering environment.

Own and scale Alan’s internal IT platform across provisioning automation, identity and access management, endpoint and SaaS security, clinic technology, and international expansion. Build Python-based automations, manage Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, Kandji, and Cloudflare WARP, support compliance initiatives, reduce IT toil, improve employee lifecycle workflows, and mentor teammates while partnering across Engineering, Security, Workplace, People, Clinics, and Audit.

Support employee experience through pre-boarding and onboarding, handle day-to-day People Operations requests, assist with individual situations, coordinate learning programs, build AI-powered automations, track People metrics, and maintain clear HR documentation.
