Support own-brand product development for an allocated category: manage tech packs and samples, liaise with manufacturers and design team, select fabrics/trims, attend fit sessions, approve final products, contribute to trend forecasting and range planning, and ensure compliance and cost/manufacturing opportunities are identified.

Lead day-to-day social activity for Own Brand channels: create, schedule and publish trend-led content, manage content calendars, engage communities, analyse performance, support influencer/UGC review and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand growth and engagement.

Drive continuous improvement across the fulfilment centre using data, process mapping and stakeholder collaboration. Lead small-to-medium improvement projects, create process documentation and training materials, coach White Belt/GSTD practices, support onboarding and training, monitor KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes.
