The Software Engineer will design, build, and deliver scalable software, support complex projects, and own system reliability while collaborating with the team.

Own end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles, initially supporting Operations and Customer Success. Build sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, structured interviews, scorecards, and efficient candidate experiences. Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent adviser, use recruitment data to improve decisions and processes, and apply AI and automation thoughtfully. Own content projects from concept through publication, pitch creative ideas, help shape social strategy, maintain a consistent posting rhythm, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to create engaging, accurate content for a regulated investing platform.

Owns compliance and risk learning experiences, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging training. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining an LMS, migrating content and learner records, managing mandatory training reporting, creating targeted programs and assessments, improving engagement through gamification, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Operations and People teams, and using data and AI to improve learning effectiveness.

The Customer Success Analyst serves as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about Stake's products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide customer support across account management, funding, trading, and platform issues through tickets, email, and phone. Investigate complex problems, own resolutions, identify recurring customer pain points, and share insights with Product, Operations, and Engineering. Improve processes, internal knowledge, and customer-facing content while contributing to research, beta testing, bug hunting, and risk-conscious service delivery.

Design and ship intuitive web and mobile investing experiences. Own product initiatives from discovery to launch, use research and data to inform decisions, collaborate with Product and Engineering, contribute to and evolve the design system, and deliver polished, user-focused interactions in a hybrid Sydney role.

Support and improve SMSF operational processes including onboarding, rollovers, account maintenance and compliance. Use SQL/BigQuery to analyze operational data, identify automation opportunities (AI/LLMs), strengthen controls, create documentation and partner across Product, Finance, Compliance and Customer Success to improve customer experience and scalability.

Own end-to-end cash operations: resolve payment queries and deposit exceptions, perform reconciliations, liaise with banking partners, strengthen controls, improve workflows using data, automation and AI, and support partner migrations and treasury initiatives.
