Provide technical leadership for Shippit's AWS cloud platform, building and operating an internal platform-as-a-service. Design scalable infrastructure-as-code solutions, manage multi-account AWS environments, and drive GitOps adoption. Improve reliability, performance, security, cost efficiency, and developer experience while supporting production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems. Collaborate with software, data, and product teams on cloud-native architecture, technology decisions, and platform adoption.
