Lead and manage sustainability assurance engagements end-to-end, build client relationships, apply auditing standards to emissions and non-financial disclosures, design assurance approaches, perform testing and analysis, benchmark ESG data, and ensure quality project delivery and reporting.

Lead and deliver state tax engagements including tax due diligence, structuring, post-deal implementation, compliance, disputes and advisory. Conduct tax research, communicate risks to clients, maintain regulatory knowledge, and build client relationships across industries.

Advise clients on complex domestic and international tax matters, cross-border transactions, audits/disputes, asset acquisitions/divestments, financing and IPO structuring. Lead client engagements, prepare client-ready deliverables, present to senior leaders, and maintain regular client contact across mid-market and private sector portfolios.

Lead and support technology-focused M&A engagements including technology due diligence, integration and separation planning, cost estimation, target and interim state design, TSA identification, program mobilisation and execution. Assess applications, data, infrastructure, organisation, financials, resilience and cyber, manage multiple projects, communicate findings to stakeholders, and drive technology value creation.

Lead and project-manage sustainability assurance engagements end-to-end, deliver emissions assurance audits, apply auditing standards (ISAE/ASAE), analyse ESG data and processes, benchmark performance, design assurance approaches, test and report findings, and build client relationships.
