Support business development and lead multidisciplinary teams while staying current on legislative changes.

Lead state tax advisory engagements including tax due diligence, structuring, post-deal implementation, lodgements and disputes. Provide regulatory research, client-facing advice, and maintain knowledge of state tax developments while building client relationships across sectors.

Lead payroll operations for local and international clients, ensuring accurate, compliant end-to-end payroll processing. Manage a payroll team, oversee reporting, superannuation reconciliations, and payroll consulting engagements, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and deliver technology-focused deal services including technology due diligence, integration and separation planning/execution, technology value creation, cost estimations, target/interim state design, TSAs, and program mobilisation while managing stakeholders and multiple engagements.

Provide tax and accounting advice to SMEs, family-owned businesses, trusts, partnerships and small listed entities. Deliver compliance and business/tax advisory services, manage client engagements, present to senior stakeholders, and mentor junior staff to support their professional development.
