The VP of Engineering - Product will lead product engineering teams focused on delivering high-quality software, managing teams across multiple products, enhancing operational excellence, and driving technical direction to support significant growth and engineering challenges.

The Escalations Engineer will own the engineering response to customer escalations, engaging in root cause analysis and leading systemic changes to improve support efficiency and product reliability in a Ruby on Rails environment.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage sales cycles in large enterprise accounts, driving new business, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to achieve revenue goals.

Provide senior-level technical support for enterprise Buildkite customers, independently troubleshooting complex CI/CD, software, and infrastructure issues. Communicate via Slack, Zoom, email and forums; lead retrospectives and planning, publish docs, contribute to open-source tooling, and drive proactive improvements to support workflows. Mentor peers and collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate customer feedback and design scalable solutions that prevent future incidents.

Lead the ML strategy and architecture for predictive test selection at Buildkite. Build ML platforms, scale infrastructure, evaluate models, and mentor engineers to enhance test workflows.

Build the data and orchestration foundation for GTM: map customer journeys, define actionable signals, design AI-led agentic workflows, implement scalable playbooks, and partner with Sales and Brand to diagnose funnel friction and ship measurable improvements.

Own Buildkite's data architecture: choose stack (query engines, semantic layer, storage, ingestion/streaming), design for machine and human consumers (agents and people), ensure discoverability, trust, safety and performance, stay hands-on resolving bottlenecks, and drive technical decisions and patterns across the company.
