The Sales Development Representative will grow SWTCH’s business in Western Canada by responding to inbound leads, researching prospects, developing client and channel relationships, pursuing agreements, and maintaining CRM activity. The role requires understanding EV charging, clean energy markets, public policy, competitors, and regional programs. The representative will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, track milestones, exceed performance metrics, and travel 15–20%.

Leads SWTCH’s remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support organization, overseeing operations, service levels, workforce planning, escalations, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role manages support leaders and agents, builds scalable processes and knowledge systems, analyzes operational data, drives automation and product improvements, and partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Network Operations, and Deployment. The Director also recruits and develops talent while ensuring continuous improvement and effective handling of critical customer incidents.

Develops direct sales, channel, and technology partnerships for EV charging solutions across North and South Carolina. Responsibilities include researching prospective accounts, pursuing leads, closing agreements, understanding target markets, collaborating with marketing and sales, maintaining client relationships, monitoring industry developments, and updating CRM activity. Requires 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in real estate, transportation, or energy, plus strong communication, planning, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
