Manage and grow existing customer accounts, act as the voice of the customer, coordinate internal teams to meet KPIs (OTD, TAT, RMA, Scrap), develop account strategies, lead RFP/Q and QBR activities, create proposals and pricing, forecast revenue and margins, and build strong customer relationships to expand business.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunications circuit boards and equipment at the component level. Perform fault isolation, document failure modes and repairs, develop troubleshooting procedures and test methods, collaborate with technicians and quality teams, identify trends and recommend corrective actions, and ensure adherence to safety and turnaround targets.
