Build and lead Quandri's partnerships function to create scalable channel distribution, carrier and ecosystem relationships, and partner monetization. Define strategy, processes, playbooks, and metrics; own deal cycles and partner enablement; drive revenue through channel partners; inform product and company strategy with partner insights; and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships deliver measurable commercial value.

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Quandri platform for SMB to Enterprise customers: manage kickoff, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and handoff to Customer Success. Coordinate requirements with product and engineering, document scope-of-work and success metrics, track progress in CRM, manage scope/budget/schedule changes, and drive user adoption and change management while becoming an expert in insurance broker workflows and AMS integrations.
