Leads engineering for agentic workflows and natural language experiences, managing two teams and contributing to broader engineering leadership. Responsibilities include building efficient development processes, delivering scalable and reliable software roadmaps, hiring and mentoring engineers, providing technical leadership across the software lifecycle, maintaining operational excellence and security standards, and collaborating with product, data/AI, customer success, partnerships, and business stakeholders.

Drive adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, ROI realization, executive alignment, and change management across complex insurance brokerage accounts. Develop data-driven success plans, lead business reviews and onsite workshops, identify risks and upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Marketing, Support, and Engineering. Regular travel across Canada and the United States is required.

Own customer and vendor contracting, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, security terms, and data licensing agreements. Build templates, negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and approval processes. Advise on privacy, security, AI governance, corporate matters, employment, equity, partnerships, and insurance regulation. Manage external counsel, support SOC 2-related contractual work, and partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and executives on commercial and legal risks.

Own the operational backbone of a scaling AI company by designing and adopting business processes, managing the SOC 2 compliance program, and overseeing vendor lifecycle activities. Lead change management, evidence collection, policy development, access reviews, audit readiness, and vendor risk assessments. Support operational finance and special projects, while driving AI adoption and building agentic internal workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, SecOps, Product, and Operations.

Lead and grow the Infrastructure team responsible for cloud infrastructure, DevOps/DevEx, security, and compliance. Drive operational excellence, scalability, reliability, SOC 2 readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. Hire, mentor, and coach engineers, define multi-quarter roadmaps, provide technical vendor-assessment expertise, and influence engineering best practices to deliver mission-critical B2B software at scale.

Own development of Quandri's commercial lines product from discovery through launch. Run customer research with brokers and agencies, define strategy and roadmap, prototype and validate solutions, lead cross-functional teams, drive go-to-market and early adoption, and measure outcomes to iterate quickly.

Own Revenue Operations systems, processes, analytics, and territory planning across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Finance. Administer and optimize HubSpot and the broader GTM technology stack, build workflows and dashboards, maintain data integrity, support forecasting and ARR reporting, and translate data into actionable recommendations. Lead AI-enabled process improvements, cross-functional systems projects, quota and territory planning, and comprehensive GTM documentation.

The Mid-Market Account Executive will manage the complete sales cycle with leading insurance brokerages, aiming to triple annual recurring revenue by 2026. This involves closing significant deals while building the enterprise sales function at Quandri.

Lead a full-stack engineering team building customer-facing, revenue-generating features on Quandri's AI-driven insurance platform. Define technical vision and roadmap, design and implement frontend/backends, databases and APIs, ensure architecture/security/observability, mentor and hire engineers, and drive engineering culture and operational excellence.
