Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations. Oversee cloud and on‑prem systems, cybersecurity, IT service management, vendor relationships, budgets, and major projects to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant IT services.

Lead enterprise IT infrastructure selection, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Provide advanced technical support, governance, cybersecurity best practices, vendor management, asset lifecycle, identity/access management, disaster recovery, and IT policy compliance. Drive upgrades, migrations, preventative maintenance, and security awareness programs while supporting distributed and production cluster environments.

Manage customer relationships and business development in China for OLED materials: pursue new opportunities, lead qualification and commercialization projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast demand, support supply chain and collections, monitor market and competitive trends, and travel regularly within China.
