Serve as strategic partner for enterprise luxury and beauty accounts, driving adoption, value realization, retention and growth. Build and execute tailored success plans, engage executive stakeholders, monitor account health, run governance rhythms (QBRs), coordinate cross-functional teams to remove adoption barriers, and lead incident/escalation responses to restore customer confidence.

Design and build a self-service CI/CD and release platform: standardize GitHub Actions workflows, speed builds, secure supply chain (no static keys), implement progressive releases on Cloud Run, enable GitOps/trunk-based workflows, measure DORA metrics, and mentor teams through migrations and automation.

Build and scale Booxi's Partnerships function by recruiting and managing integrators, agencies, and market partners; negotiate commercial agreements; align Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on partner-driven initiatives; measure and report partner-generated pipeline and revenue; and enable the organization to leverage the partner network globally (Europe and North America).
