Manage a complex portfolio of client entities within a single client relationship, ensuring regulatory compliance and statutory record-keeping. Support board governance (meeting organisation, materials, minutes), corporate lifecycle events and filings, mentor team members, track KPIs, contribute to process improvement and projects, and assist with invoicing and client communications.
