Investigate and triage security alerts and incidents, perform log and pcap analysis, correlate events to identify threats, escalate confirmed incidents, assist senior analysts with mitigation and reporting, contribute to OT security monitoring and incident enrichment, and support continuous improvement of SOC processes and documentation.

Serve as Level 3 escalation in an MDR/SOC, lead advanced incident investigations, perform deep analysis of endpoint/network/OT telemetry, tune detections, conduct threat hunting, advise customers on monitoring and remediation, and improve SOC detection and OT security capabilities.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective customer accounts in Mauritius, driving revenue, retention, and expansion. Build account plans, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across managed and professional services, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, produce proposals, and collaborate with solution architects and marketing to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers for cybersecurity services through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and events. Build and maintain a pipeline, qualify prospects, schedule meetings/demos for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing and follow-ups.

Monitor and triage security events using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender tools, perform initial investigations, identify IOCs and affected systems, document cases in ServiceNow, escalate actionable incidents, apply MITRE ATT&CK and NIST IR frameworks, and contribute to tuning and SLA-driven SOC operations.

Drive proactive new business development and account growth for cybersecurity services. Meet sales and gross contribution targets, build and maintain client relationships, create proposals, use Salesforce to manage contacts, work with solution architects and marketing, and grow Managed and Professional Services revenue through targeted account planning and data-driven outreach.
