As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth in the mission-critical construction sector by managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with stakeholders. You'll be responsible for strategic account planning and execution, consultative selling, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and account management.

The Graduate/Entry-Level Site Engineer role involves supporting construction projects by tracking progress against BIM models, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring data accuracy while learning under mentorship.

Deliver on-site AR-enabled construction services: track progress against BIM, perform quality inspections, log and submit QA issues via XYZ Platform, maintain data accuracy, and support Lead Engineer across major construction projects.

The Site Engineer will track construction progress against BIM models, conduct on-site quality inspections, and ensure data accuracy in reporting. Responsibilities include daily issue submissions and supporting the Lead Engineer.

Design and implement embedded software and firmware for wearable AR platforms: Linux kernel, BSPs, device drivers, sensor integrations (cameras, IMU, GNSS, LiDAR, ToF), NVIDIA Jetson support, production test and calibration tooling, and cross-functional system integration to move prototypes into manufacturing.

Deliver on-site AR-enabled construction services: track progress against BIM models using the Atom headset, perform daily quality inspections, raise and submit QA issues via the XYZ platform, maintain data accuracy, and support the Lead Engineer across major construction projects.

Support on-site delivery by tracking construction progress against BIM models using an AR headset, performing quality inspections, raising and submitting QA issues daily, maintaining data accuracy and reporting, collaborating with site engineers, and supporting the Lead Engineer while receiving mentorship and training.

Lead commercial and cost performance across major construction programmes, define commercial standards, partner with data scientists to generate cost insights, manage forecasting/EVM and reporting, present to stakeholders, identify commercial risks/opportunities, and help evolve the commercial product offering.

Provide on-site administrative and operational support to Strategic Account Executives: manage vendor onboarding portals, maintain standard documentation, coordinate meetings and travel, process expenses, ensure CRM data hygiene, and identify process improvements to remove administrative friction for the sales team.

Perform daily site inspections using the Atom AR headset to verify installations against BIM models, set/traverse control points with a total station, produce inspection reports, communicate with clients and contractors, prepare approved Revit models for HoloSite, and ensure inspections align with the master construction programme.
