Own end-to-end client onboarding and ongoing relationships across Tumelo’s ProxyBeacon and ProxySphere products. Coordinate delivery across stewardship, data, voting operations, and engineering teams; manage governance, service levels, and client value; identify expansion opportunities; and develop repeatable onboarding playbooks and documentation. The role also contributes client insights to product and proposition development and supports pricing and contracting discussions.
