Develop and improve safe, efficient manufacturing processes, transitioning products from development into scalable production. Lead root-cause investigations, corrective actions, continuous improvement projects, workflow and value-stream development, KPI monitoring, and operational performance improvements. Coordinate across engineering, operations, quality, EHS, supply chain, and project teams while supporting industrialisation, production readiness, and operational excellence in a predominantly onsite manufacturing environment.

Lead the design, development, testing, and commercialization of high-temperature superconducting magnet and coil systems. Own technical work packages, manage prototype build and test campaigns, analyze experimental data, guide engineering decisions, collaborate with research facilities and suppliers, mentor engineers and technicians, and contribute to innovation and intellectual property generation.
