Leads seven backend and mobile engineers across Lithuania and Bulgaria, setting technical direction for reliable fintech systems involving direct debits, standing orders, sweep rules, and transfers. Owns architecture, observability, SLOs, incident response, and operational stability while partnering with product, compliance, finance operations, risk, and other engineering managers. Develops engineers, supports cross-functional delivery, and ensures systems operate correctly across multiple markets and banking partners.

Lead seven backend and mobile engineers across Lithuania and Bulgaria. Set technical direction for reliable fintech systems covering direct debits, standing orders, sweeps, transfers, and scheduling. Own system stability, SLOs, observability, on-call practices, incident response, architecture, and engineering quality. Partner with product, compliance, finance operations, risk, and other engineering managers while developing engineers across experience levels.

Manage treasury operations, liquidity, cash-flow forecasting, wholesale credit limits, FX, short-term investments, bank relationships, payments, transfers, and collateral. Lead Treasury Management System implementation, maintain policies and procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate operational risk, and improve processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while supporting both business-as-usual activities and complex treasury initiatives.

Manage inbound customer communications and proactively contact prospective SME customers about finance options. Guide customers through the digital funding journey, recommend suitable lending products, coordinate with lenders, and maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce. The role requires strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, organization, troubleshooting, and telephone-based sales or call-center experience in a fast-paced environment.

Supports office management and back-office operations, including coordinating office facilities and providers, refreshments, IT support, mail systems, local events, employee onboarding and offboarding, and administrative support for C-level leadership. The role offers practical experience in a growing international technology company and requires strong organizational skills, independence, flexibility, teamwork, and fluent German and English.
