The Partnerships Manager will establish and manage relationships with partners in the SME lending ecosystem, focusing on enhancing partner satisfaction and driving business metrics. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, conducting business reviews, and facilitating internal processes for referrals.

Drive market expansion by converting prospective SME leads into Tide members via outbound calls, guide applicants through onboarding and KYC, resolve application issues, upsell relevant products, and share onboarding insights with product and marketing teams.

Provide KYC-focused customer support by contacting members via phone, chat, and email to gather information, perform basic due diligence, assist with periodic and event-driven account reviews, handle escalations, liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, and support onboarding and process improvement efforts.

Lead Tide's liquidity, forecasting and financial risk activities: own treasury forecasting frameworks, liquidity and capital management across multi-entity multi-currency operations; design scenario and stress testing; manage FX and interest rate risk and hedging; produce MI; partner with Finance, Product, Lending and Ops; and lead and coach treasury analysts, deputising for the Group Treasurer when required.

Nurture post-sale member relationships, drive Tide account activations, upsell relevant products, source leads, perform outbound calls and emails, coach members through setup, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue targets while delivering excellent member service.

Customer-facing role guiding SMEs through early funding journeys: handle inbound enquiries, proactively contact prospects, pitch lender products, assist deals with lenders, maintain Salesforce records, use CRM and sales tools, identify trends, and ensure customers secure appropriate financing.

Lead revenue growth and activation for Invoicing, Expense Management and Accountant GTM. Use analytics to shape product prioritisation, pricing and GTM plans; own launches, forecasts, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to hit revenue and retention targets.

Act as a (Junior) Sales Executive contacting SME customers, manage and convert warm leads from Salesforce, guide clients through the loan application, explain partner financing options, coordinate with lending partners, keep CRM data up to date, and develop financing expertise through onboarding and team mentoring.

Design, build, run and scale event-driven microservices and REST APIs using Java/Spring Boot/JOOQ on AWS. Use messaging (SNS/SQS, Kafka), PostgreSQL/Aurora, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GitOps (ArgoCD), Docker/Kubernetes (EKS), and monitoring (Coralogix). Deliver secure, well-tested services and collaborate with Product Owners to meet user and regulatory needs.

Lead UK commercial strategy for Tide's Admin Services (accounting, invoicing, payroll, company formation). Own revenue targets, forecasting, GTM, analytics-driven insights, product prioritisation, launches, cross-functional stakeholder management, and a small team to drive activation, engagement and subscription growth.
