Manage inbound customer communications and proactively contact prospective SME customers about finance options. Serve as primary liaison to RBI/CERT-IN, own local regulatory compliance, define India-specific security standards, manage regulatory audits (including RBI SAR), oversee regulatory risk, report to leadership, and provide second-line oversight.

Provide high-touch phone-first support and account management for Premium members, handling complex and sensitive cases, building long-term relationships, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to process improvements. Maintain premium service metrics (CSAT, TPH, QA) while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Lead the Financial Reporting & Control function for Tide's India entities, owning month-end close, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow integrity. Provide technical accounting leadership for lending (IFRS 9) and insurance, support product launches with robust accounting controls, drive finance process automation and AI adoption, manage audits and tax engagements, and lead and develop a team of Financial Controllers.

Own platform-driven revenue and lender relationships for Tide’s SME loan platform. Responsibilities include revenue reconciliation, Salesforce reporting and dashboards, process optimization, platform improvement initiatives, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Finance, and Member Support. The role drives conversion, payout performance, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.

Own the operational and commercial performance of Tide’s SME lending platform. Responsibilities include managing lender relationships, monitoring revenue and conversion, reconciling monthly revenue, creating Salesforce dashboards and reports, improving processes, and coordinating incident resolution with Product and Engineering. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Member Support, plus strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills in German and English.

Supports liquidity and capital management across entities, currencies, and business lines. Monitors global cash positions, prepares forecasts, and develops cash-flow and funding models. Provides treasury input on new product launches, maintains policies for liquidity and financial risks, ensures regulatory alignment, and supports debt financing and intra-group funding arrangements. Partners with FP&A, Risk, Product, the Treasurer, and CFO on strategic financial initiatives.

Drive market expansion by converting prospective SME leads into Tide members via outbound calls, guide applicants through onboarding and KYC, resolve application issues, upsell relevant products, and share onboarding insights with product and marketing teams.
