Own implementation and enablement for strategic North American accounts, including pilots, onboarding, go-live, user training, adoption support, issue resolution, and early-life account health. Build scalable training materials and knowledge bases, provide regional support for the UK Client Success team, capture customer insights for Product, and maintain CRM and customer success records. The role requires regular client-site travel and focuses on delivery rather than renewals, expansion, sales engineering, or people management.
