Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle for 25-40 mid-market/enterprise accounts (~£500K-£750K ARR). Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals and upsell to meet NRR targets. Build strategic account plans, run QBRs, measure ROI, maintain HubSpot, and act as the customer voice to Product and Commercial teams. Support cross-functional initiatives and CS ops as needed.
