Build success plans, monitor adoption and risks, guide onboarding, align configurations with best practices, and provide ongoing advisory support. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Client Services, Implementation, and Support to resolve challenges and improve the customer lifecycle.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from multi-channel prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and closing. Build relationships with senior communications and C-suite executives, win new enterprise logos, expand existing accounts, cross-sell multiple products, and grow stakeholder relationships globally. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams while maintaining strong market, solution, and competitor knowledge.
