Player-coach Sales Manager responsible for personal sales targets, pipeline management, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing Host Partner deals. Reports insights, manages pod output, and partners with leadership and the Sales Academy.

Leads commercial expansion for the QSR division by developing franchise sales strategy, managing the franchise pipeline, and driving new unit growth. Responsibilities include leading Development Managers, owning P&L and forecasts, improving onboarding, maximizing franchise partner value and retention, and collaborating with Operations, Growth, and Finance to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
