Lead delivery of ProFinda enterprise SaaS implementations, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and multiple concurrent projects. Plan and execute project phases, track progress, resolve issues, facilitate change management, produce project documentation, support transition to BAU, and identify upsell opportunities.

Lead identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, professional services firms, and ecosystem partners. Build and execute partner strategies, negotiate agreements, align cross-functional teams, track partnership performance, represent the company at events, and support account growth around workforce optimization and AI-driven scheduling.

Sell ProFinda's enterprise SaaS to large professional services organizations. Build account plans, manage pipeline, forecast and meet quotas, close $200K–$1M+ deals, develop outbound playbooks, partner with marketing and partners, track KPIs, and expand distribution through strategic plans.

Sell ProFinda's SaaS to mid-market customers through prospecting, pipeline management, discovery, demos, proposals, and account growth. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, provide sales forecasts and reporting, attend industry events, and manage long (7–16 month) sales cycles while meeting quota targets.

Serve as the Scrum Master for SaaS engineering teams: facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinement; track metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time); remove systemic impediments; communicate risks and progress to stakeholders; support release cycles; champion and coach agile practices to improve predictability and delivery quality.
