Manage and coach a distributed team of Support Engineers operating 24/7. Co-own support KPIs, quality, processes, triage, escalations, incidents, and post-mortems. Remain technically hands-on by troubleshooting APIs, SDKs, and logs. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership, communicate performance, identify training needs, and improve operational excellence across customer support.

Partners with sales and merchants to identify pain points, design technical solutions, conduct discovery sessions and demos, and guide complex payment integrations from pre-sales through go-live. Translates business and technical requirements, advises developers on SDK integration best practices, manages implementation risks and stakeholders, and provides product feedback to improve Primer’s payments platform.

Own the full sales cycle for Primer’s payments platform across mid-market accounts in North America. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline development, consultative selling, executive engagement, sales strategy, forecasting, CRM recordkeeping, and closing deals. The role collaborates with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams while contributing to sales processes, playbooks, customer insights, and revenue initiatives.

Advise merchants and sales teams on Primer’s payments infrastructure by translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, demos, developer Q&As, and technical engagements. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve features based on market feedback, explain complex concepts clearly, and support successful integrations for global merchants.

Own and improve Primer’s APAC go-to-market operations through territory planning, account prioritization, dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis. Translate data into actionable recommendations, identify merchant journey bottlenecks, support pricing and renewal decisions, and develop AI-enabled workflows for Sales. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and senior leadership to improve revenue performance.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for self-serve merchant onboarding, mentor engineers, set frontend standards and quality, collaborate with Design, and contribute to the Python backend to ship end-to-end features.

Lead design and implementation of core backend services for scalable, high-performance distributed systems. Own technical decisions, produce well-tested code, drive modern practices (BDD/TDD), collaborate cross-functionally, conduct code reviews, and document projects. Focus on developer workflows and payments merchant experience.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Build pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships; develop consultative strategies for executive decision-makers; collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success; provide prospect feedback; refine sales processes and playbooks; monitor payment industry trends; forecast performance; and maintain accurate CRM records.

Own end-to-end product marketing for Primer’s Partners team, including go-to-market launches, audience definition, messaging, positioning, competitive and buyer research, and partner and merchant feedback synthesis. Translate technical payment products into compelling buyer messaging, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, and monitor initiative performance to optimize strategy. The role requires hands-on execution, strong project management, creativity, experimentation, and independent ownership in a fast-paced remote environment.
